Add ical link to repo, add link to live feed to calendar details

Some users don't use google based apps or calendar, and google makes it painful to add calendar without signing into google. Could the calendar link to the ICS file be put into the readme directly?

I believe it's in the format of

https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/<CALENDAR ID/GROUP EMAIL HERE>.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics

On another note, it would be helpful to include the link directly to the livestream in the calendar description for those of us that are super lazy.
