Error "Error opening WinRing kernel driver"

My computer system is Windows 11, and I have tried downloading different versions of ZenTimings.
I have tried many times but still cannot solve this problem. I saw someone trying to solve "disable Windows memory integrity can be fixed" in the issues section. But I still can't fix it.

The error log after running contains the following content:

I have tried many many repair methods on the internet, but none of them can solve it.

Do you have disabled Windows memory integrity ?

Can you try running the included uninstall batch file (as an admin) which is for the inpout driver. Then restart and try to manually delete the sys file in the directory. Then download the new version 1.32, extract in a separate directory and try to run it.

But from the error you have provided it seems WinRing0 can't register itself and that error code means "The specified service has been marked for deletion." but for some reason failed previously and stuck at that state, I assume.

I have the same problem, tried to excluded it in bitdefender, turned off bitdefender but always pop up Error opening WinRing kernel driver
