Hi Tech.
Our Ion S5 instrument SSD boot drive was destroyed. So, we prepared new SSD boot drive from company. Now, the S5 instrument turns on properly and we can design a run plan by Torrent Suite. But, when I turn on Chef instrument, this error is displayed in (Setting>Configure>)Torrent Storage section;
clnt_create: RPC: Port mapper failure - Unable to receive: errno 111 (Connection refused)
Hence, Chef instrument collects details of run plan from torrent server, but, can not start the plan, and shows a message with the following contents on the display (I'm not sure that's exactly the case): can not connect/write to the torrent server.
I checked the connection cables, connection IP of S5 and Torrent Server and Chef instruments. All are correct. All services are active. Also, firewall is off in the Torrent Server.
Linux version: 14.04
Torrent Suite version: 5.12 (latest)
How can I fix this problem? I can provide more information if needed.
