Hello 🙋

I could not find the migration guide linked in the README file -> https://github.com/intercom/intercom-node/wiki/Migration-guide. Could you please address me the correct location ?

Our current intercom-client version is 2.11.2 and we will try to update latest version but I could not find any Changelog or Migration guide.

Bumping this since its been quiet for 4 months now, I'm in the same boat about wanting to upgrade but needing to see the changelog/migration guide
