Improve notebook cleaning utilities #10

The current notebook cleaning utility uses nbconvert which seems to be really slow to run.

Create a new cleaning utility that offers improved performance as well as features such as offered by nbclean and nb-clean, such as:

  • remove empty cells;
  • remove cells by tag;
  • remove cells containing particular string;
  • clear metadata (either completely, or e.g. preserve tags).
