Update the RDM hooks so that, if there is no issue number, instead of discarding the commit message, we preserver it somehow. E.g., in the least we could print it out to the console so you can copy/paste it back in!

At the moment, it is frustrating if you forget an issue number and your commit message is lost as a result.
