Lack of wrapper for lookups in druidapi #49

As per feedback on #47 (comment), the lookup API has no wrapper in the druidapi.

I propose that we extend the API to allow for the functions shown in that notebook, such as:

Initiating the lookup feature
Sending a lookup definition
Checking lookup propagation

Other features might be interesting to add depending on the type of lookup being set up.
