Does not have option to call Global Block Protection Unlock on SPI roms #9

As a user of microchip spi roms i would like to be able to use fomu-flash to write to them.

The Global Block Protection Unlock mechanism (command 0x98 usually) unlocks this. Without it the chip is effectively write protected always.
