-g switch doesn't work as expected #6

I wanted to use fomu-flash for my own fpga board.
I have creset on gpio 24 and cdone on gpio 25.

I expected -g r:24 -g d:25 to work. But the reset pin was instead (or as well?) used as pin S_WP/S_D2, which prevented the SPI from being flashed.
