Feature Request: Tooltips on item attributes that describe their meaning #8

Hovering over an attribute in an item listing should provide a brief description of that attribute's assumed meaning. For example:

Hovering over "Use Time" displays helper text that reads "How long in seconds it takes to perform the item's action"
Hovering over "Item Rarity" displays helper text that describes the rarity options and their assumed values or meanings
