Is it possible to see the download size please.

Like this ::
0 upgraded, 5 newly installed, 0 to remove and 6 not upgraded.
Need to get 19.9 MB of archives.
After this operation, 77.9 MB of additional disk space will be used.

Not in that way because this type of information is provided by apt which get's it from the repository.
Here we do not have a proper repository and also apt ist not taking care of the download.
However, I'm sure aria2 has the option to at least provide size information w.r.t. the download.
For the size change on disc, again that's done by apt as far as I'm aware.
However, this script uses dpkg for installation directly and not wrapped in apt ;)
