Feature: add hash tag to twitter post

Currently If I create a post on Known and forward it to twitter the title will be posted on twitter together with a link to the whole post on my Known page. That's already a great way to handle it. The only thing I would add: Extract the hash tags from the post and append it to the twitter post if the 140 char limit is not yet reached.

Sounds like a good idea. There is a workaround to customize the tweet text by adding a div with a specific ID.

If this is implemented the plugin should provide information on how this works so people are not surprised. Would also be nice to see a 'tweet preview' while editing..
