For especially lymphoid organ tables like lymph node, spleen, thymus, these tables had plus, minus and intermediate level markers provided. To accommodate this, we devised using different color lines between cell type and biomarker protein,
In version 2.7 of reporter, the line thickness were increased for visibility overall, but it appears that for these plus, minus or intermediate markers the intensity of the line was not made to be the same kind of background level shade you would expect.
Right now the line intensity is similar to if you were to click on node and have it highlight, which is way too dark for default visualization.
Can this be toned down to similar intensity to the gray line in default visualization?
