2.0 release tracking

This is a tracking list of work we need to do for a 2.0 release. It's not much, and most of the API will stay the same. But still, if we have multiple changes that come together it's best to batch them (:

Tasks

• upgrade isahc to a 0.3.0 compatible version update to futures 0.3 #100
• move to http-client (ref Makes http_client contents public. #66)
• remove generic param and use dynamic dispatch instead Making the Client to use dynamic dispatch #69
• replace surf::Exception with surf::Error that is a re-export of anyhow::Error surf::Exception does not implement std::error::Error #86
• use surf::Request and surf::Response in middleware Pass surf::Request and surf::Response through middleware #131
• Connection pooling for Client / HttpClient Connection pooling in Client / HttpClient #224
• Possibly use the async-h1 HttpClient by default rather than Isahc Use async-h1 for client by default #217
