Cython/HPy

• Du Toit was mostly writing his thesis
• Next, he will start to work on cdef class
• Gather more benchmarks (preferably from popular packages), run them and hopefully show benefits
• Matti said, that for visibility, we should open a PR to Cython sooner than later

Misc

• Simon pointed out that we should decide on open HPy PRs if we want to merge or reject them
