Suggest some best idea to deploy this website so that the frontend + backend run smoothly

we can use vercel. as it provides ci/cd also

sorry, I won't be able to take on this task at the moment as I don't have the necessary time to dedicate to it and do not have enough experience to handle it efficiently.
