Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I encountered https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/987138545/history

This looks extremely suspicious and is likely some sort of tagging mistake

In past I tried contacting HOT mappers but it works basically never works, with minimal response ratio ( and contacting https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Martha20/history clearly makes no sense )

I managed to locate https://tasks.hotosm.org/projects/10852/ and matching area. It is not clear is change marked as validated or waiting for validation.

It seems impossible to find who validated this mapping, if anyone and how to contact them.

Describe the solution you'd like

On selecting task area

  • show who validated it
  • give link to osm.org to this area

Describe alternatives you've considered

Validating task results in changeset comment on related changesets (but that could be extremely spammy for mappers, also there could be changesets in multiple areas at once, many changesets per field...)

Additional context

I am following on openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#4319 (comment) where someone complained about good quality HOT mapping being blocked by edit rate limit.

Is this info available at least through API? Or more or less advanced data processing? That would be a workaround for at least some cases.
