It seems like DuckDB can also work as an ad-hoc csv analysis tool.
$ cat > q.csv a,b 1,2 3,4 5,6 $ duckdb -csv -c 'select a,b,a*b from q.csv where a+b>3' a,b,"(a * b)" 3,4,12 5,6,30
