After some testing, looks like Ray is better suited than multiprocessing. Replace all instances of multiprocessing with ray and then continue to add parallel processing using ray whereever is seems logical to do so.

LHF:
Subcontig building
Minhash signature building/comparison (completed)
OVL calculation/comparison (see issue #3)
