As the subject says: Is this project still being maintained? There is a PR that has been in a draft state since the end of March - I'd like to know if anything is happening on it but comments on the PR itself have gone unanswered.

Hello. The answer is effectively "no". We don't have the bandwith at the moment and I'm not sure when/if that will change. My personal recommendation would be to fork it and make whatever changes you need (or look at one of the existing forks).

ENH Grab relevant code from unmaintained graze/monolog-extensions.
1265386 
graze/monolog-extensions is no longer maintained. See graze/monolog-extensions#32.
Pulling this code into this repository directly is the first step in updating this module to supporting Raygun's PHP SDK v2.
