The processWhoopsBubbling() return value stops the propagation to the other handlers #10

The below function stops the propagation in case there are other handlers. Removing the function the handler works like expected.

    protected function processWhoopsBubbling($whoopsHandleResponse)
    {
        switch ($whoopsHandleResponse) {
            case Handler::LAST_HANDLER:
            case Handler::QUIT:
                // don't call further monolog handlers
                $this->setBubble(false);
        }
    }

Monolog already handles the propagation in case you have specified bubble = true, which is the default value for the handler.
