I really would like to use your visualization tool with bacterial genomes, but all of the examples I can find are with human data. Can you please provide some examples of exactly how to format your data so that it will work in your pipeline if it is not coming from the human genome.
Thank you.

After more research it appears that perhaps I need to create a multivec file in order to have this functionality. Is there documentation on how to do this on the HiGlass github? I'm sorry, I'm just having trouble following your documentation to get the interactivity that you show in your examples.
Apologies for the delayed response due to relocation. Gos should work with other reference genomes. Can you specify the datasets/formats you're trying to use or code that you've tried? Any example code would be very helpful. Understanding your needs would be helpful. Multivec format shouldn't be required, but I'd need more details to confirm.
