Feature idea: customer_hidden parameter for report fetcher

Hi there,
first off thanks for creating this library, really appreciated for large MCCs!

I have one feature request though:
Could you parametrize the customer.hidden value in the report_fetcher class?
It is currently hard-coded that only non hidden customers will be queried (see line 464 in report_fetcher.py). I would like to be able to include those with a parameter in the fetch method of the the report_fetcher class.
If there is another workaround that I am missing, feel free to let me know.
