When i try to Set it up i get a notification "No VCS plugin"

The GDExtension required by this plugin isn't compiled for Android, so no.

Contributions on the subject are welcome, but it's not likely to be implemented in the near future given there are other features in the add-on to fix/improve first (which impact all operating systems).
