Need arm64 support

I want to run on the arm machine but get

Pulling from gnzsnz/ib-gateway
no matching manifest for linux/arm64/v8 in the manifest list entries

Describe the solution you'd like

I hope it can support arm64

Additional context

I tried to follow #81 however, I found the document in the homepage is out of date and I cannot find Dockerfile. I still suggest to merge the branch into the main branch after make it stable.

you can follow instructions to run amd64 image in emulation mode on aarch64 hardware --> #81 (comment)

or build an image using #102 as a starting point, you need to have hands-on knowledge on docker and ib-gateway

I don't see the point of keeping this open as it's a known issue.
