Doesn't seem to support the maxHeight + maxWidth on webp images, for example

Seems our jquery-fileupload-rails gem is on v1.0.0, but the GitHub doesn't show a 1.0.0 version. Going by the versions listed there, it uses plugin version 9.12.5, but the upstream plugin is now archived, and also we're on an old version of it regardless (goes up to 10.32.0).

Maybe we should use ActiveStorage instead?
