Similar to workskins in AO3. Primary thing to ensure before release is that the users cannot perform any chicanery with their CSS (security!). @l1n helpfully provided this link to the AO3 cleaner which we could probably steal. Stretch goal: shareable/public skins as well (e.g. for erogame threads)
