Hi,

Cumulus v17.0.0 updates the terraform aws provider to ~> 5.0. Using v15.0.4 of the cumulus-ecs-service module causes a version mismatch which can't be resolved.

If it could be updated to v17.0.0 of that module then it can be deployed with the new Cumulus version.
