Notification email is sent even if message is SPAM

Captcha is enabled and the spam messages do not go into the messages.yaml file but there is an email notification that goes out. Results in a lot of spam getting delivered to the site owner, but the guestbook remains clean.

Hi Mike, in the guestbook.md file, change the order of the captcha and email processing actions, so captcha comes first.
