The result pane of a GetFeatureInfo should come over the Cadastrapp tool main pane

First, while Cadastrapp is active / open : one could not clic on the map ton obtain a GFI.

Currently, if a user want to obtain infos on an object of a layer of the TOC, he must close Cadastrapp, select the layer, and clic on the map.

An evolution could be this :

• if one of the graphic selection tool (point / line / polygon / unité foncière) is activated -> no GFI possible
• deselect / deactivate the current graphic selection tool (point / line / polygon / unité foncière)
• so at this point : the GFI tool is back
• optionnal : select a layer in the TOC
• click somewhere on the map
• the GFI result pane comes OVER the cadastrapp pane
• the user closes the GFI result pane
• back to the cadastrapp main pane which was hidden
