I have encountered problems when attempting to develop C++ plugins for Gazebo Harmonic on Ubuntu 24. See details in my Robotics SE question. I have identified the source of the problem and created a PR in the gazebo-release/gz-transport13-release repository, but I have not heard any feedback so far.

I've been directed to open an issue here to make the PR more visible.
