JK (Stake Fish) - retroactive grants
Proposers should be advised that doing work prior to having a community-spend proposal passed carries the risk of not being paid.

Kwun (Forbole), Terrence (Forbole), Winslyn (Staking Fund) - sustainability
Concerned about setting precedents that may exhaust the community fund
