微信支付mch_base_url #134

服务器部署在内网，无法访问微信服务器，需要通过访问nginx服务器，通过nginx转发至微信，WeixinPayProxy无法配置微信支付的mch_base_url就无法实现内网服务跟微信服务器交互

mch_base_url 写死在properties文件中，暂时没有接口可以修改

不过你的需求是比较个性化的，建议拉源码，直接改吧，
