[Feature request] Hide crossposts from channels (detect adv)

If particular post is crossposted between multiple channels, hide it. Perhaps with options - hide it everywhere, and keep only first appearance.

Some agressive advertisement posts are sent across many channels, and skipping all of them for each channel is quite annoying. Once is enough, no need to repeat.

Realised as "autoread" (and autohide if possible) of posts which are received along some time period (like 1 hour), and already contained in "cache" (full 100% match with same post in another channel)
