Org Browser should have ability to update manifest/package.xml

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When using the ORG browser for "manifest" projects, it's easy to pull down metadata, but if you want it to become part of the project, you still need to update manifest/package.xml.

Describe the solution you'd like
When a manifest project is open, add a + button next along side refresh & download, which would add the item to your manifest/package.xml & download it.

Alternatively, the I think it would be acceptable to just update the functionality of the download button to do this (instead of adding a separate action)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Tried using this plugin, but it doesn't seem very stable. Also feel super redundant when the org browser is already 90% there.

Not to mention the security implementations of having to trust another vscode extension (yes... this is a bit hypocritical coming from me).
