"Squashed" rows in tables

Description

When i try to compile the current version of the documentation example, the rows in the tables are getting some kind of squashed (sorry, i don't know how to describe it better). See the attached image.

Does anyone knows why? How do i fix this?

Okay, i think, it's an issue with my Latex version.. using a docker image (texlive/texlive:TL2023-historic) to build it, i don't see the problem..
