Default parameters when downloading logs from S3 #4

At the moment, we need quite a few parameters to download logs. Make this more flexible.

Ideas:

Download all accounts in a region
Download all regions for an account
Download everything

We shouldn't restrict region by default, otherwise users (like me) might miss all the global events that turn up in us-east-1...
