Not all AWS Services seem to log the affected resources.
E.g.

lambda:DeleteFunction only has $.requestParameters.functionName
route53:DeleteHostedZone only has $.requestParameters.id
route53: ChangeResourceRecordSets only has $.requestParameters.hostedZoneId
