Delayed teardown fixtures can get locked on sudden process termination #9

When we have some fixture tasks waiting for teardown, and the testing process gets suddenly terminated (Ctrl+C, or an uncaught exception), these tasks will keep running, and the user will have to send a few more Ctrl+C interrupts. Plus, it may be worthwhile to actually try and finish the teardown of whatever we can in that case.
