Is this still maintained?

Hi!
It looks to me that this package can't live together with TimeSeries.jl v0.2, at least there are some version constraints set up to prevent installing both of them. I think this package is valuable, and should be rescued! I think I could start coordinating with the JuliaStats organization and move it there.
Is that something you, @femtotrader would be up for?

Sorry... but when trying to move https://github.com/femtotrader/TimeSeriesResampler.jl to https://github.com/JuliaStats/ I get the following message

You don’t have the permission to create public repositories on JuliaStats

Please also note that this package depends on https://github.com/femtotrader/TimeFrames.jl/ which is in a similar maintenance situation.

I reraised this topic in the thread above, but wanted to point to this here as well:

What's the status here?
Is it a bad idea to submit a PR for a version 0.2.0 which adds a Project.toml and ask to release a new version?

TimeFrame seems to be independent and to cooperate even without a project file:

EDIT: I am aware that changing resampling is under discussion, but wouldn't it be good to have an interim version that allows for working with TimeSeries 0.23?
