Let students select the semester they are in and store it in a cookie

To make sure students only see tasks meant for them we want to let them make a choice about the semester they are in. The current semester will be used in a filter on the task overview page and can be changed by selecting another semester. The current semester will be stored in a cookie or localstorage so they only have to make this choice once (unless they empty their cache).
