habitat_sim module installation

I'm trying to run the examples/viewer.py script of habitat-sim repository but it can't seem to resolve the module "habitat_sim" and when I try to install it with pip:

pip install habitat-sim

It only returns:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement habitat-sim==0.2.4.dev20230403 (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for habitat-sim==0.2.4.dev20230403

Anyone that has been able to run it, can help me?

It workd once I entered conda environment.
