using Habitat Docker container in a Singularity container, ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'habitat'

So this is likely a pathing issue and needed to adjust some .bashrc file(s).

These 4 cmds work fine:

singularity pull docker://fairembodied/habitat-challenge:testing_2022_habitat_base_docker
singularity run --nv habitat-challenge_testing_2022_habitat_base_docker.sif 
conda init; source ~/.bashrc; source activate habitat
cd /habitat-lab/

However:

 /opt/conda/bin/python examples/example.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/habitat-lab/examples/example.py", line 7, in <module>
    import habitat
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'habitat'

Do I need to update paths or files in /.singularity.d/env/?
