Need some backend work to get this working, but it would remove the "setup" step.

Project Orijen Updates

Generate the NS pet name clientside
Pass that as part of the SQS Message
Validate the message against a schema, validate the NS name
Dispatch to standard NS and user creation queues

Lab Updates

Return NS name in ce_info() (rename this endpoint, include deployer)
Pass that into app.config.
Use that in the Scoreboard template html.
