use expo-router with params and .push object

[wcastand]

switching to expo-router v2 with sdk 49 and getting issues on the .push

router.replace({
  pathname: "signup",
  params: { customerType: "INDIVIDUAL" },
})

Getting a typescript error

Argument of type '{ pathname: string; params: { customerType: string; }; }' is not assignable to parameter of type 'never'.ts(2345)

We are using params are urlParams /signup?customerType=INDIVIDUAL

how do i type this or at least not get a typescript error
