Gnome 3.32.2 & Transition when windows touch the panel [Enabled]

open new non-maximized window, trigger panel transition.
[ONLY GTK3 applications trigger this problem]

I think this is occurring because the shell is opening the windows for a split second in the upper left-hand corner then setting the proper position a split second later. I'll explore adding a delay to the new window event.

The problem is the theme with not-solid panel. I had the same problem with the WhiteSur theme in the not-solid-version. So I installed the solid-version and modified the opacity with "dynamic panel transparency". I hope my experience can be usefull.
