Offer the possibility to the user to change resolution on playback. We have this for youtube for example

I'm not convinced. It's the purpose of the NVR to record the streams provided by the camera. The NVR playback usually be best served by replaying those streams.

We do have an issue for the API footage requests to be able to specify resolution, but for the player itself, I don't see the necessity. #218

I'll close this issue.
