[Enhancement] Tasks | Filter task by Start and Due Dates intervals

Description

User should be able to get tasks filtered by their start and/or due dates. i.e We should be able to return tasks for example only those which have due date "today", "this week", "this month", etc.

Expectation is that we need to have Between filter when retrieve tasks so that the user can send dates interval and get data accordingly.
