Purchase a Support License

Is your company looking to get the most out of KineticJS? Do you have priority bug fixes or enhancements that you need as soon as possible? Purchasing a support license is a great way to get help directly from the source, while ensuring that your enhancement request and bug reports are addressed before everyone else.
For $300 per developer per month, you'll be able to:
- email me directly with questions and get a response within 36 hours
- file priority enhancement requests and bug fixes that will usually make it to the following release within 1 - 2 weeks
- All queries will be made via email to the address that I provide. Due to an incredibly busy schedule, I'm not available for phone calls.
- Full payment must be received before services are rendered. The license expires one month after payment is received.
- If I do not reply within three days, I'll return the full fee for that month.
- You can cancel the support license at any time.
- The license does not include debugging your code base. If however you have specific code questions, you can setup a jsfiddle demo and I can help you there.
- I cannot guarantee that suggested bug fixes and enhancements will make it into the KineticJS codebase. For the most part, all bug fix requests, if valid, will be resolved and included with the next release. Enhancement requests are subject to the KineticJS Guiding Principles.
