Changes of external and app aliases are not applied on apply-config pipeline job - only new deployment apply them.

  • Update apply-config pipeline, changes to External DNS (only apply changes, i.e. delete External DNS or add External DNS to env)

DoD
Pipeline work as before and can also add, edit and remove External DNS, not move.
